Two Metropolitan kitchens won awards at the 2017 Contractor of the Year (CotY) Awards, organized by the Eastern Massachusetts chapter of the National Association of the Remodeling Industry, which recognizes the work of the region’s finest remodeling professionals.
Stone specialist Bridget O’Neil won Silver for “Best Residential Specialty Interior”. The kitchen, in the South End of Boston, features Colorquartz Calacatta Novus countertops and backsplash side panels, with marble Calcutta tile backsplash. Bridget worked with Marble & Granite of Westwood, MA to source the ColorQuartz
Metropolitan designer Wendy Savino’s kitchen won Silver for “Best Residential Kitchen $150,000 and above”. Featuring Metropolitan ShowHouse shaker white cabinets, Caesarstone Symphony Grey perimeter countertops and Brooks Eco Pro Walnut island counter.
