Bamboo Cabinets

Bamboo is a rapidly renewable resource, making it a great choice for green cabinets. As one of the fastest growing plants in the world, it reaches maturity in just a few short years. Bamboo has a very distinctive, identifiable grain, which offers an aesthetically-pleasing look. We offer both solid cored and veneered bamboo doors in a variety of styles and finishes.

 

Wenge Wood & Zebrawood Cabinets

Since these species are currently under environmental pressure, they are offered only in the form of reconstituted veneer slab doors.

Reconstituted veneer is a man-made product manufactured by using natural timber veneer. These timbers are dyed all the way through before being laminated together and re-sliced to simulate the natural characteristics of wood.

 

Low-Emission Composite Cores

Our thermofoil, acrylic and veneer slab doors are ordered with composite cores. These cores are made from recycled and recovered wood waste and contain low formaldehyde emissions levels in compliance with the CARB Phase II initiative. We also offer the option of an NAF or ULEF composite core.

 

We also offer some green countertop options, as well. These are fabricated in our own stone fabrication shop, which features a water recycling system to reduce waste.
